It is too easy have misunderstanding in this business and we strive to clearly define our role and responsibilities in our installation and service calls.
This requires an agreed upon plan prior to job initiation that is communicated both in writing and verbally. We want to get it right the first time and strive to reduce change orders but as they say: “shit happens” and people forget and make mistakes. If we make them; we will make it right, if you make them then we will request a change order.
