Our headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA, houses the Site Safe Security leadership, an administrative support group, our 24/7 dispatch team, experienced estimators and draftsmen, and business development. Our Gulf Coast service area is lead by four regional managers who are highly experienced in the low voltage arena.
In addition to holding their respective state’s licenses, each regional manager has every necessary certification covering a wide variety of products required to operate within their region.
Collectively our managers have over 100 years of low voltage experience.
Greg Buck, President
Greg has been affiliated with Site Safe Security for five years, and was appointed president in October of 2018. He has over thirty year’s experience in the field of private equity and venture capital. He has held senior executive positions for numerous companies in operational and financial-control.
Edward ‘Bart’ Conradi, Jr. CET III, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Estimator
With more than nineteen year’s experience in both the residential and commercial low voltage industry, Bart joined Site Safe Security five years ago to head up operations. His NICET certification has enabled him to be licensed in many disciplines in multiple states, including LA, TX, MS, OK and TN.
Nelson Soileau, Regional Manager, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama regions
A co-founder of Site Safe Security, Nelson relies on his twenty-two year’s experience in the low voltage industry to manage teams in three states. He holds fire, security and access control licenses for Louisiana.
Dan Ward, VP of Texas, San Antonio-Austin, TX region
Employed at Site Safe Security for one year, Dan has over twenty-six years of management experience in the low voltage field, including fire and gate installations. His experience includes regional/branch general management, business development manager and large project manager. He is licensed in the state of Texas in fire, security and access control.
Brian Jaques, DFW Regional Manager
Brian is a highly experienced gate designer and fabricator and joined Site Safe in 2019 as our Texas Gate Manager. He was promoted to DFW Regional Manager in 2022 and is responsible for Site Safe Gate design and fabrication and manages ouDFW’s low voltage division. He previously worked for Sun Power, a premiere automated lift gate manufacturer, for ten years.
Christina Carvalho, Director of Operations
Over the years, Christina has demonstrated proficiently as a multitalented team member. She is charged with the operations of the administrative team. Her support continues in Accounts Receivables, Job Costing, Billing, Onboarding, Marketing, and many other tasks.
Hillary Allen, Manager of Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Human Resources
Hillary has eight years’ experience in the self-storage and low voltage industries. Having first started out working in self-storage facility, she then joined the Site Safe family as a dispatcher. She quickly rose to Service Manager and currently supports the team as our Accounts Payables and Human Resources Manager.
